Mini (Teal) 2" foam x 6" x 9"
Regular (Black) 2.75" foam x 6" x 10.5"
Jumbo (Purple) 3.5" foam x 6" x 12"
LUNGE STANCE / Sweep
Strengthen your chest, shoulders and upper back in this anchored-down exercise. From a lung stance, engage your abdominal muscles to stabilize as you perform the sweep action keeping your Buoys submerged.

Jumbo hand buoys are my choice for resistance

I teach water aerobics to 70-85 people three times a week in The Villages, FL. The rec center provides hand buoys, but I find that most of the people can handle the resistance of the jumbo hand buoys and reach a better muscle tone than the hand buoys from another company.

Water weights

I use these weights in Florida in a water aerobic class. Now up north with no class I am using weights in an indoor pool. Getting a great workout.

I've used these same weights for 2 years in a deep water aerobics class. I see they take tons of abuse and wear and keep on going. The Y has some of another brand, not the exact weight, but I can feel they are flimsier. I also tried yet another brand that a member let me try out. Forget about the bargains and the "not exactlies"! These are the ones I love that tone and strengthen my arms. I bought this pair ( the black ones) so I can work out in our community pool on weekends when their is no class at the Y, or days I can't make it class. I am thrilled!

I love that they are flAt to sit on Sid doc pool and the notch in side if you use one at a time for finger holds. Great for uper body/arm workout.

I have had a pair of Jumbo's for some time & purchased the addional Jumbo set for my husband. They are the BEST.
