We make three sizes—Mini, Regular and Jumbo—offering three progressive levels of buoyancy and resistance. Mini (Teal) 2" foam x 6" x 9"
Regular (Black) 2.75" foam x 6" x 10.5"
Jumbo (Purple) 3.5" foam x 6" x 12"
LUNGE STANCE / Sweep
Strengthen your chest, shoulders and upper back in this anchored-down exercise. From a lung stance, engage your abdominal muscles to stabilize as you perform the sweep action keeping your Buoys submerged.

Best Grip Buoy

The Hand Buoys have a very comfortable grip that does not disintegrate after multiple use and crumble when you handle them. Also the heads seem to be more dense than some other buoys and so not absorb a lot of extra water, so they dry more quickly.

My students and I prefer Hydrofit products. As an instructor, I feel that it is important to invest in quality products both for my students well-being and to help me save money in the long run.

I have tried many hand bouys over the years, and these are my favorites. They are well-made, don't fall apart, the ends don't fall off which allows water to seep in.

I have ordered and worked with HYDRO-FIT for years - - I have always appreciated the professionalism and personalism of the staff - -I have met and been to several of Craig's workshops and love him - - this last order doesn't seem to have the density that the previous hand buoys have but I'm sure it is the same wonderful quality - - I so prefer HYDRO-FIT hand buoys to other brands - -

My wife and I have been using our Hand Buoys for three or four years. A friend invited us to use her pool for our exercise time. She showed interest in our use of the buoys, gave them a try, and liked them. We immediately called in an order for a set for her (which arrived in four days). She now uses them every time we go there ( 3 x weekly). We are sure she will benefit from their use. ( We have ! )

Water arobics are not the same without the hydro fit buoys!

Love the hydro fit buoys. Have been using them in a water arobics class and really get a good arm workout. There are not always enough to go around so decided to get my own. Plan to take them with me on vacation so I can continue to be fit!
