The vest I bought is my number 4!!!!. My first one I bought in or around 1990, obviously I love the product . However there could be some things made more comfortable with the new version. I bought as always a medium size. The length is good, but the side panels do not overlap or even come close together, therefore the belt buckles are very much to the very left side and that makes it uncomfortable to close them. In addition the upper belt buckle is extremely difficult to open especially for me as my hands are not that strong. So I have to leave it unbuckled . I bought a water exercise replacement belt and use that instead of the upper belt of the vest. Otherwise the vest works well as always.

Works great for my paralyzed daughter, she no longer needs to hang on a tube, she floats independently for the most part. Very safe! thank you

I highly recommend the Wet Vest II for deep water running. It gives the most support of any products on the market and if you are running in colder water it helps to keep the core warm. Especially if you re a beginner to water running, this is a great product to start with. It's also excellent for water therapy.

I had to replace my first one due to wear - I swim in it seven months out of the year and am in the water for an hour to an hour and a half each time. I don’t know what I would do without it. It allows me to move my body in easy ways that are good for me. It is great for my physical and mental health. It is very comfortable to wear.

I’m on my third vest, finally xxl, and there is still too much of me and not enough vest. But, I’m keeping the xxl. Keeps me upright and allows for a good range of motion. Quite a workout In a short amount of time.

Have been using this product for over a year...wife gained weight so I had to get a larger sze...due to a stroke she has limited movement on her right side...this vest enables me to do water therapy with her ..I put ankle weights on her feet and she floats like a cork...she does her leg and arm movements and I never have to worry about her sinking or coming out of the vest...I highly recommend this product for any disabled person or anyone that wants water therapy

My son is 14 and has Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. Swimming has always been something my son had loved and it has been getting more difficult. I scoured the internet for some sort of adaptive life vest that didn't bother him (he has some serious sensory issues) and have spend a lot of money trying different options. I found this one and it took some getting used to but he loved it. It keeps him upright in a treading water position but keeps his head up. In the wave pool or lazy river (at the water park we visited) or sometimes in the pool he'd fall forward and we had to get him upright but we are always with him anyway. This vest saved our vacation and allowed us to swim together and have fun.
I can't recommend it highly enough. It was totally worth the money.

Have not used Wet Vest in pool but love to use it in the lake! I have progressive MS and needed a water vest that gave me good flotation but also encouraged me to work harder to engage my core while exercising. A regular life vest always seemed to work it’s way up around my neck, was always too tight and had me trying to adjust it and exercise at the same time. The fact that the Wet Vest secures between my legs and Velcro’s snuggly at my waste, frees up my arms and legs for a great workout! Great product! Look forward to using in the pool this winter!
