KNEE LIFT / Tricep Press
Strengthen and tone your triceps by webbing your gloves (spreading your fingers and holding your wrists firm) with this knee lift exercise. Extra benefits are core stability, balance training and enhanced hip mobility.
How to fit your WAVE WEB PROs
Place your WAVE WEB PRO on your hand (palm side up)—fingers first, thumb follows. Gently pull on the wrist opening as you flex your fingers for a snug fit. To remove your gloves, simply pull gently on the wrist opening from the palm side and peel the glove from your hand, turning it inside out. Extend the life of your WAVE WEB PROs: Always remove by peeling from the wrist, never from the fingers. Rinse your WAVE WEB PROs with fresh water after each use and allow to dry.

The gloves fit perfectly. I ordered a small because I have small hands.
They work great for my water aerobics glass. This is the second pair I have ordered.

Do frogs work this hard?? ;)) I bought these as recommended by my aqua therapist. She vouched for Hydrofit and these delivered! I have really small hands and often can’t find gloves that fit. But these are wonderful. They fit perfectly. And the drag in the pool for exercises is just remarkable. It’s really amazing how these Hydrofit products and exercises really hit all the complimentary muscles.

I have had my Wave Web Pro's for about 15 years and just brought another pair as a gift for a friend at the pool that I see daily. I love mine and she has made many comments about my gloves and how well they work.

My new Water Aerobics instructor recommended these Wave Webs to fully participate in her class. Wow! This is way to go for a better workout.
They are easy to put on and remove.

These mitts certainly added a great deal of resistance for my water aerobics class. I am so happy to have purchased these. Today was my first day of using them and I felt they will be very helpful in my attaining even higher levels of fitness in the water. So far they have shown chlorine resistance. I hope that continues. I do wash them out after use. Thank you for making these great mitts.

These are the best for water exercise. I've tried other brands but these are still the best. They are compact, do a good job of resistance and easy to rinse.

I have been doing water aerobics for over 25 years and received my first pair
as part of my enrollment at a member only spa on the east coast.
I have found them to be an excellent aid to my water exercise classes.
They provide me with the ability to really push the water as well as make it easier to do a full class now that I have some arthritis in several fingers.
My gloves also help greatly with keeping a manicure from chipping as I don't use anything on them besides regular nail polish.
Excellent quality and last a really long time!

Comfortable for BIG hands!

I have big hands and these gloves are the only ones I've found that are comfortable for me (XL). I used to rotate 2 pairs but then gave one to a college basketball player who also swims for conditioning, just I did when I played. The other pair finally gave out so I was happy to receive the new one. I'm not sure how long I used the others, but I guess at least 10 years, so this product lasts a long time with very consistent use. Thanks!
