What a wonderful idea to allow participants with grip issues to use a noodle in their arm workouts. These are adjustable and look like they would work with most noodles. The hand hold is also adjustable. Tried these in a deep arm workout and they worked great. I have strong class members that have limited themselves to cut off noodles with lateral hand slits because arthritis won’t allow them to securely and comfortably grip a bigger noddle, these are a great way to progress their workouts.

I have had one opportunity to try the noodle grips. For over a decade I have used the smaller noodle to function. I like the concept and look forward to getting the benefit of not having to be limited to a small noodle. I want to use a larger noodle but it is uncomfortable to hold. Now I look forward to being able to increase resistance in my workout. I liked not having to hold onto the noodle so tightly.
