3. Added benefit to H2O class

   The noodles are wonderful to add to any aqua class, even the Arthritis class. We use these for easy floatation that can help those who need to float thru class and also adds resistance to arm exercises, in small doses. Moving across the pool for legs is also aided by these wonderful noodles. No one has to worry about the noodle "not holding them up". These are quite buoyant and stable.

   These noodles are the absolute best. I am a certified instructor and have bought my students these noodles to use. They absolutely love them. No more skinny noodles for them. They love the resistance.

5. Worth the money

   Will hold up for a long time. Closed-cell/core prevents sagging/sogging. Unfortunately some of my clients with arthritis in finger/hand joints have trouble holding it since it is quite thick.

   In ten plus years of doing water fitness, I have bought about 100 hydro Fit noodles to accomodate the needs of my classes. One noodles snapped in the center in the first week of use, and some of my noodles are 5 years old And going strong. Typically the noodles last about 3 years of Monday to Friday water fitness classes. How they are stored definitely makes a difference. This is a quality product.

8. Expensive but worth every penny

   These may cost more than your big box store noodles. But the second you get them in your hands you can tell the difference. There no hole in the middle. They are by far denser than any other noodle out there that I have tried. They last forever. The only negative I have is that they only come in white and therefore, the ends get dirtier faster because lets face it they have to be stored somewhere between uses.

9. Great for water aerobics

   Used these noodles before in water aerobics classes so I bought several for myself and for a cousin. These have nice dense foam so good for adults and they have a slight bend, but keep their shape for the most part. We were tired of using the soft, mushy ones at the community pool which have little kids bite marks in them or the stiff ones with octagonal sides that rub your thighs. These are great for class or just dangling in the deep end and kicking your way to an aerobic workout for an hour. My old one was getting ratty after about 5 years, so it was time for a new one, and got a few extras for my friends who come to use my pool.

10. great aqua therapy noodles

    I had purchased two a number of years ago. When my five grandchildren come over, they all want to use these noodles. Usually, no, because my husband and I are in the pool and we will use them. Recently, however, the littlest boy snapped one. So I bought two more and whispered to him that a noodle will be for him when the other four are not around.
    
    I had been in pool therapy and bought the original ones to continue what i learned at home.
