lasts longer than foam noodles i have used , has better resistance for workouts, supports body better and holds up heavier people

Being overweight, I found the regular noodles totally useless for water aerobics. After experiencing the Hydro-FitNo.167 at my local YMCA, I decided to order one for my personal use.

Love the white noodles for my class. They are more durable than the other noodles out there. However they are not for everyone!! Most people find it too difficult as it is so much more buoyant than a regular noodle. So I suggest to use it for more advanced students.
