Extremely helpful to understand the different water exercises used in aquatic classes or put together an exercise routine for yourself. I would recommend an individual book of your interest or to save money I would recommend purchasing the complete set. This set contains valuable information to get an individual started, continue an aquatic shallow and deep water exercise program and to help improve your health.

3 Great content that should be better packaged

I love the instruction and content. It is baffling to me that in 2024 these are not available via PDF download at a lower cost. Even more confusing why instruction booklets for water exercises are delivered in unlaminated paper booklets. Should we memorize the content before going to the pool? I could have at least gotten PDFs and had them laminated, now I had to pay for paper booklets, shipping, and extra to get them all laminated so they are usable. I'd love if they were offered via PDF or as laminated booklets at a greater cost so it was more useful.
