I purchased the Deep Water Guide to punch up my cuff routine, and I'm so glad I did!. I felt changes in all muscle groups immediately after incorporating just a few of the exercises (50 additional exercises). I like the simplicity of the drawings and clarity which makes it easier to learn the movements a bit at a time. Highly recommended!

I bought this to add some variety my routine because it was getting stale. It has easy to understand illustrations. It has allowed me to work some muscle groups that I had not been doing with the routine from my physical therapist.
